Distinguishing the MiSN – Northern Border Security Conference from any other is that it is intensely operational, i.e.: the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science & Technology Directorate (S&P) released a 23-page document entitled "High-Priority Technology Needs" (download
